Financial Aid at Community Kiln
We understand that everyone's circumstances are different and therefore do not require paystubs or bank statements for financial aid. Please fill out the application below to submit for assistance. Financial Aid is available on a limited basis for those who have a financial need. Such assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated need, motivation, and potential benefit to the student.
If awarded aid, you will be notified via email and a credit will be added to your account for the next semester (ex. if applying in January, your credit will be for the Spring semester).
2026 Financial Aid Schedule:
Winter 2026- Apply by, November 7th, 2025, Notification by November 14th, 2025
Spring 2026- Apply by February 6th, 2026, Notification by February 13th, 2026
Summer 1, 2026- Apply by May 22nd, 2026, Notification by May 29th, 2026
Summer 2, 2026- Apply by July 3rd, 2026, Notification by July 10th, 2026
Fall 2026- Apply by August 21st, 2026, Notification by August 28th, 2026
About Financial Aid

Fill out the application above by clicking the "Enroll Now" button; Ask only for what you need. We need to better understand your circumstances, so please fill out the application to the best of your abilities. Financial aid applications are due the semester BEFORE desired registration (ex. if you are interested in Summer semester, please apply before the Spring semester).
Notify
Notification of an award of financial aid will be sent at least 1 week before semester registration opens via email. More details about financial aid will be sent to your inbox, so please read thoroughly. Note: you will still have to register for your class the day of registration.
Credit
A credit will be applied to your student account based on your financial aid award. When you register for a class, our student system will use the credit as payment first, and then use the payment on file for any additional balance.
