Summer ONE Registration!

Curious About Clay?

Try a Summer class! Theses shorter, 5 week long semesters give students an introduction to clay, without the 10 week long commitment. View our full adult and youth class selection by clicking on the "Classes" tab.

Youth sessions are for students 9-18 years of age. Please see our adult classes for more information on classes for students 18+ years of age.


We offer 2 varieties of children's classes, 2 days 

of the week, afterschool and special opportunities for youth.

Kids Clay

 Students ages 9 -12 will use handbuilding techniques to make one of a kind clay creations. Through hands-on instruction and fun projects we will explore slab, coil and pinching methods used to express your ideas in clay. Surface decoration and colorful underglazes will be used to make these unique, functional and decorative pieces your own!

$175 tuition includes instruction, clay, glaze, underglaze and firing.


Each session meets for 5 weeks. Ages 9-12.

Teen Clay

  Teens ages 13-18 will explore methods and strategies to create their own, unique ceramic pieces. With a focus on handbuilding techniques, students will learn to make a variety of functional items such as bowls, mugs and dishes, as well as decorative objects. Advanced students can work with the instructor on projects that challenge them at their skill level. Class discussion and critiques of fired work will encourage all students to develop and refine their individual styles.


$215 tuition includes 25 lbs of clay, glaze and all firing costs.

Each session meets for 8 weeks. Ages 13 to 18.
